Community involvement is important to me. I enjoy spending time at the natatorium watching my daughter compete in water polo, diving and swimming. As a community chairman for the Ann Arbor Townie Party I deliver fun to the local rowdies yet at the same time, tempers that venue by delivering meals on wheels to local seniors. Golf, softball and of course Real Estate round out my busy summer schedule. My daughter and I enjoy the company of our dog, June and hedgehog, Ollie.

How it works:
At the time of listing, the seller has the choice for a pre-inspection in the listing information sheet. If they would like a pre-inspection, your Ewing Pros Agent will order it through Baker Inspections. It should be completed within 2 weeks of order. Copy of the report and payment must be put on file. Upon completion, a plastic stand with certification shall be placed in the home and the listing shall be updated with the following:

  • This home has been pre-inspected in 5 areas.
  • At the time the inspection is completed, the seller pays the inspection fee of $125.00.
  • At closing Ewing Pros* reimburses the seller

*Ewing Pros assumes no responsibility for the inspection results or performance of items inspected by the inspection company. The report is the property of the Seller and the performance of the report and its inspection agreement/contract is between the inspection company and the Seller.
